Default Any joiners? or good DIYers? new stairs....

I'm going to be replacing my 1970's horrid stairs and wanted some advice!.

Basically at the top theres a 180 degree return and i'm unsure how to place spindles as the hand rail from downstairs will foul the top ones. Any help? any joiners that i can pay for the lot?

Cheers!

Do the stair return 180, or is it the landing?
