Had a phone call off my mate last night,AND this pic!!!!!!!!!!
Im really GUTTED for him.He has spenat THOUSANDS on this saff,480bhp,just had a new engine rebuild etc etc,and NO corner was ever cut when he brought something...The car was FANTASTIC,and im really heartbroken for the guy,and i wouldnt wish this on ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grim or Maybe a 2wd manifold with no heatshield.
Final guess is car hifi with no fuse and wiring running through bulkhead with no grommet. We see all these EVERY day.

Well after a few txts,and a call last night,all i can get out of him,was he`d just got back from somewhere,got off at J3 of the M5,came down the slip rd,and could smell burning,then from out of no where,flames started coming out the dash,so ram it over as quick as he could,and just had to watch it burn!!!!!!!!!!!
Goin round in about a hour to help him salvage what we can off it,but as said above!!

i've told many people after it has happened to me twice yet i'll bet only a couple of people if that actually bought one
when i collected my car from ava after they repaired the fire damage i took a fire extinguisher with me to put in before i drove it again!

Had a small electrical fire in the 3dr 2weeks after having it,and i was GUTTED,AND shit myself,but to see Coopers go up like that,has really sunk me....

Chop,YES,its £25 tops to get 1!!1!!Is that much to spend?!?!?!
People will spend £150 on a shinny header tank,but not £25 on something to save there car!!!!!!!! STUPID if you ask me!!!!!!!!!!

Shocking!! i have an extinguisher and 2 bottles of water ever since i did my fuel system and was a bit para
I know its hindsight and all that but if anyone ever gets caught out like that and dont have anything to hand just rip the header tank off and hopefully is if just a small fire you will be able to save the car.

not nice to see at all gutted for your M8Chops, after that last one of yours i have 2 in the Escort, small powder one in the drivers door pocket and a monster foam one in the boot
Should the worst happen i now have one at either end of the car

please guys dont go buying these cheap £15 extinguishers as there not worth fook all, if youve got a fire, then you need to make sure its put out, buy a decent size, must be a min of 2.0l really, these little fookin shit things are only 0.5l, ok they may help, but if petrol is burning forget it, the whole lots gonna burn, i carry 4.0l plumbed into the engine bay and 2.25l in the passenger compartment.
