*PICS* Adrenaline Frame connectors.
Adrenaline Race & Performance Frame connectors:
As a few of you my know we're now doing these for Cosworths, Already fitted to MADROD and EAGLES car with great results, they improve the rigidity of the 15+year old body shell and greatly improve the turn in responce, more stable during corning and under hard braking.
Due to the fitment type they are only available fitted from us but here are a few pictures from Eagles car so you get an idea of what they are.

The pictures are clear when full size,
I'm not showing every detail as like spadge has already said they'll end up on ebay probably as a straight length of tube though
I have an underneath pic Mike but its not clear due to it being black under the car

can someone please explain what this is all about, I can't see what is going on at all..
Where do these "connectors" connect to? What do they do exactly? All I can see is 2 bars running down the car..

i think the jury would still be out on these espcially seeing as we cant actually see anything, would be a bit like saying, give me Ł400, and ill make the back of your car have much better traction, then getting your car back with 3 bags of stone in the boot
that just wont sell the product, it may well have its advantages, but from a personal point of view would be considering a drive to the south to 'have a look'.
all constructive about time there was some chassis mods to the owd flexy monocoque

Testing the future
will these help if you already have a decent cage welded in?
as far as i can make out from the pics, they just connect the 'block' on the monocoque where the ream beam mounts to, to the bit where the front arb mounts too. is that all, as i can't imagine it making a huge difference - could well be very wrong though.
eagle, any chance of turning up to the next berks meet in your cossie so you can show us the good work?

The link bars are made from CDS seamless tubing and formed using a mandril bender for a quality bend with out kinking or weakening the tubing, the are then notched to a specified shape to allow fitment to the front chassis leg and the rear chassis leg near the rear beam, once the decide profiles are achieved the bars are positioned then preloaded to my desired tensional force, once I'm happy that equal pressure is maintained they are welded into positon to finish up with a stiff body shell.

I'd say in Danny's defence, he doesn't just weld this stuff up and hope for the best. With his background, I'd say there's a fair bit of thought gone in...
I like the idea, but obviously would love to have seen for myself had I kept my car.
No disrespect to Pete, but I suspect Mike will be the true test judging by his methodical approach to stuff like this (god, I can't believe I paid him a compliment.... )

A GOOD cage will stiffen the shell anyway and these will assist, but the main point in these are for you guys running 300+hp horse power in old and sone cases rusty body shells a change to improve the handling and responce of your car with out the hassle of a rollcage and turning it into a track car, these are fitted, enjoyed and forgotten as you never need to go back to them.
They make a very big differents but its alot to do with the fitment process and not simply welding an old steel chair leg under the car

Have to admit they do look interesting, am I right in thinking they are in effect pretensioned longitudinally mounted "strut" braces? If so I can see the reasoning behind them
Good luck with them either way!

im more than sure danny know what he's doing, otherwise he wont be in business very long, like the idea, i would think that all cosworth owners without a multipoint weld in cage (i.e bolt in and no cage at all) would benefit from this little mod, providing your interested in driving your car rather than just polishing it !!
