hi mate,

i have tried the goodwill process and the chandlers are not willing to carry out the work without being fully paid

i was just wondering if you could help out? or is there anything else i can try??

The process of goodwill is they get a cost of repair & send it to bmw on a e mail its a internal internet & if they honour it they give a goodwill authoristation number & then chandlers should phone you & arrainge to get your car into the dealership.no work should be carried out prior to decision or you will be liable theyre customer service is crap if you ask me they should be trying to help you phone mini customer services & tell them about your prob they will get on to chandlers
