2.1 ZVH OR 1.6CVH???

Whats better...??
Im looking at two cars at the minute...
One is a 2.1ZVH with 255BHP and the other is a 1.6CVH running 28psi and is 250bhp... which is less likely to blow up
both specs
Castle Performance engineering 2.1zvh EFI. (cost of £4500)
Proven reliable 255bhp @ 5940rpm (With graph)
2.0 Zetec bottom end bored out to 2.1
Mahle forged pistons
CVH big valve head
T34 Hybrid turbo running 18psi of boost
Beige injectors
FRST EFI OFAB with piggyback chip
T2 cam with vernier pulley
Lightened and balanced bottom end
AP 4 paddle clutch
Pro front mount intercooler with twin fans
Baileys oil catch tank
Full water/ boost samco hoses
Turbo back 3" stainless exhaust
Uprated actuator
Baileys dump valve
Cosworth filter
1.6 CVH
ENGINE
: Tunned and preped by SCS and Harvey Gibbs
: 7:6.1 compression ratio using Mahle pistons
: Mildly ported head using standard cam
: K+N Cone Filter
: Modified fuel system ( for increased fuel pressure when on WOT only )
: Hybrid T3 turbo 360 degree thrust bearing
: 48 exhaust housing

But is the boost the 1.6 running not a little high? or is it fine if the engine has been built for that? he says its ran 28000 miles with that... surely it would be due for a rebuild soon then?
