Default National Day 2006

Right boys and girls I need your help.

Me and the old man have decided to come over to national day this yearand all that bollocks anyway...

We need to find a hotel in and around the donnington area, now it doesnt have to be a 5* hotel and nor do i want a shitter.... something like a holiday inn or similar.

Can anyone recommend anywhere?

I'm staying at the Holiday Inn Express 5 mins from the circuit (East Midlands Airport). Tel 01509 678000 or book online http://www.ichotelsgroup.com/h/d/ex/925/en/hd/emlap £49.00 per room per night (therefore £25.00 each based on 2 people sharing) inc complimentary continental breakfast. Book early as the last two years they were chock a block. Hope this helps...

The Thistle hotel right by the airport is quite nice.

The Ramada about 4miles away n the edge on notts is where we stayed a month or so ago, got a Brewsters on site for food/booze too, and only a tenner taxi into notts from there.

Premier Travel Inn at Ashby De La Zouch is nice (you'll find a few others staying there too):
http://www.premiertravelinn.com/pti/...?hotelId=24091

There's a Travelodge at Donnington Services:

And a Days Inn on the A50:
