Default moquip/aeroquip differences?

i am just making a list of what hose and fittings i need to get for my brake system
some of the fittings i want are only available as moquip fittings, unless i buy a thread adaptor to use aeroquip fittings.

my question is what do the fittings look like?

do they look the same? or do i need to buy the adaptors and use all aeroquip fittings

also do the -3 aeroquip brake pipe fittings look like the fuel ones? (red/blue)
