Its an Eaton M45, an off the shelf supercharger, easy to find info.
Its NOT about boost pressure though.
Its about RPM.
At the same rpm on one engine it could give 50psi, on the other it might not give any.
And trying to get the same boost on a different engine would mean changing pulley ratios and overspeeding it like a mutherfucker.
But yeah, you can get about 19psi on a standardish flowing CooperS lump, but even that is well over the allegedly safe (according to eaton) RPM level of the charger.
Ive got one at home.

What Steve has said is totally correct (not that you'd doubt him) You need to work out the VE of the engine your using (once modified with head cams etc) and then compare it the the mini engine at similar rpm values, You've already mentioned you want a zetec to rev past 8k so this need to be to in to account if the supercharger is to shit its self at 16.000rpm

I meant supercharger RPM danny, not engine rpm, though that needs taking into account obv.
And yes, the VE etc part is the main issue, and then from there you need to work out the pulley ratio and so on.
