Default FAO gym people!!!!

how much do you pay to use your gym?

i'm especially interested in how much you pay for monthly memberships!!

i only pay £11.50 a month!! i got this card today as i'm a student and found out that i get to use the gym for really really cheap!!! how good is that? and next week i have a personal trainer all week, as there was a deal on and because i'm a student its only cost me £6.50 for the week!!!

so what does everyone else pay???

£32 per month for unlimited access to 3 seperate sports centers.

all 3 have reasonable Gyms with free weights up to 40kg as well as bang up to date machines installed only last April, and 2 of teh centers have pools.

I go 5x a week and think its exceptional value for money.

£42 per month but I get half of that back from my company although if I want to use one of the personal trainers they're about £30 an hour I haven't used one of them yet

Altough they've got a great job everytime the blokes get a new female client they always say give me your number incase they can't make it for what ever reason & they always give their mobile. I'm so in the wrong business. £30 an hour & a phone book full of mostly fit as you like females numbers

Normally go 4 times a week but have not made it the past couple of weeks so really need to go but want to start either kick boxing & some other form of martial arts soon so may be a bit less, will see what happens

I just want to try it for the fitness / cardio side of things & also because I done a fitness test at my gym a little while ago & they said that my hamstrings could do with lossening up / being stretched a bit more & kick boxing was a good way of doing that & oh by the way it would cost £30 an hour. fook that I'll do the kick boxing else where

I'm with Total Fitness, I can use any center in the country (one of which is a only mile from my house) a brand new center with 3 pools, 3 saunas, saunarium, steam room, free classes and martial arts etc and about 500 of every machine you can think of..

All in it costs me £12.50 a month

Its £26 a month for a full time student

But seeing as I have a full time job (I graduated last year so not really a student ) my work pay half of it

most gyms in my area are around £25-£30 this also enables you to use sauna etc.
I think all of them do discount for students, i just wish i was in college.
