Default MY MATES S1 AWSOME!!!

Been doing me mates s1 for some weeks now ready for show season new engine etc. put the last few touchs to it today. left him at 7pm 2nite to the last few bits came round in it about an hour ago let me take it for a spin like the title says AWSOME its not even been mappped yet go's on wedensday for that cant think of any words but awsome when its been mapped will give sum cozzies a run for there money....

Not hard for that not to be laggy on a 2.1

Its 100% a T3/4.

But then again an RS500 turbo is a T3/4 anyhow.

Nah, wierdly enough they were FAKE XS Power turbos
Why anyone would fake a cheap copy of a garrett anyhow i dont know, but they did
Proper XS Power turbos are perfectly good, and a bargain for the price (same as Master Power turbos, which were also faked a lot, and are ALSO jus cheap garrett copys ).

Can only presume thats a real XS one, no idea.

big proplems allready with toffee box , fresh built gearbox sh.ts it shelf on runing in miles , the car is in the work shop and haven gearbox removed as me types , allready got a spare box to fit to finish runing the car in !!!!!! just spoken to the man thats mapping the car and wear puting it off till tonite ?

just got back from swapping the boxes over and had a pop up to see the car on the rollers,

257lb of torque,180bhp@4000 rpm...

but only running a 1 bar map sensor and standard cossie injectors,map sensor been changed for a 2.5 bar map sensor and cossie green injectors...Only made them readings as it couldnt get enough fuel,hence the change of sensor and injectors...

Forgot to say on its first run on the rollers it pulled itself off the rollers and yes it was strapped down just so much power

still... if well known Tuners can get 300bhp from yellows in a YB im sure the 8v 2.1 above should be ok with only 1 bar of boost??

Never the less and without a doubt it will need 803's to be able to run safe and high boost.

Hope he gets some good results.
