Default cleaning front recaro's

got a couple that have been sat in the garge for a few years, so could do with a good clean..

whats the best way? just scrub with some decent cloth cleaner???

or anyone got a couple that are clean for sale?

I use a steam cleaner on my Westy it gets them nice and clean

got steamer on the old girls iron tho.. will take a while

It doesn't take very long to strip a recaro. Once you have all the fabric off, send your mum/missus out for a couple of hours as they will probably moan at the next stage. Stick a few inches of warm water in the bath and drop in a few cupfuls of washing powder. Leave it all to soak for an hour or so. You will instantly see the grime coming out. Rinse with clean water. Any stubborn stains can usually be removed with a scrubbing brush dipped in washing powder. I prefer this method to putting them in the washing machine as its more gentle on the fabric.

is taking all the cloth off hard work tho? also, what about putting it all back on again

I think it maybe easier to leave them out of the car
