Default Tips on ZVH

Might be wrong bit, but its first time ive owned owt turbo'd, and i want to make sure its always running right and reliably. What oil should i use? Any checks that i should make regularly? Would a turbo timer be useful? if so which one?

Sorry for all the Q's!!

Oil in a ZVH i imagine 10/40 semi synthetic or synthetic.. you could use castrol RS 10/60 (i think) but thats propper fucking expensive
Just usual checks ie make sure it has oil water etc and nothing is loose!
Turbo timer would be useful especially if you are a lazy bastard and cant be bothered to sit in the car and wait for the turbo to 'spin out'

depends really if you havent thrashed the car (ie been on boost for the last few mins) then it will hardly require any time at all.. otherwise if youve just thrashed fuck out of it on your way home id wait at least a minute before turning the engine off!
