Default Adhering bodykits on S2

Morning chaps,

I've started to put the body kit back on my S2 using Sikaflex Proffesional body kit adhesive (white)

However around the edges there is a small seem of this mastic and it gets dirty really easy and holds the dirt.

Is there a product you have used to fill this gap to prevent the dirt.

I have found one product, its a PVCU window joint adhesive and sets solid like plastic, however i'm worried it may crack.

Thanks

Matt.

I've used all genuine ford rivets and bolts etc but the seam between the bodykit and car panels collects dirt so i used white bodykit adhesive, but the adhesive colects dirt as well, not good on a white car.

My bodyshop bloke left that area unsealented(?) thus to prevent the sealent around the kit cracking and/or collecting dirt.

It dosen't look as tidy as i like, but i wont have the further worry of it cracking, falling out or getting dirty.

What did Damo do with yours TT?

The Sikaflex is umbelievably flexible so i'm sure that won't crack, fingers crossed.

Its just the dam stuff collect dirt.

I may have to run a really thin layer of paint over it.

If you know any aircraft fitters they could get you some PRC.its used for sealing fuel tanks internally and is totally flexable. Its brown though and wont attract anything when it sets.only prob is that it comes in brown or silver.
