mk5 fiesta zetec-s A/C probs
hi
The the A/C doesnt seem to be working properly, the pump defo comes on when its switched on the pipes get really cold but it don't seem to blow out cold air through the vents.
anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

is ya pollen filter blocked??
also if the a/c has to much gas in it, it causes the evapourator to freeze thus stopping air flow!
also it the gas is low it will cause the air not to get cold! but shouldnt affect flow of the air!
try the filter first!

ok cool will check that!
how can i check the level of gas!?
been on the zsoc and alot of people complain about the heater control valve but i think there on about the normal hot and cold not air con, would that have anything to do with the problem i'm describing?

pop to your local ford dealer! you need the a/c gas machine! dont mess with it ya self the gas is dangerous! youl l freeze a finger off or worse!
the heater valve sticks but that causes the heater to stay hot all the time or cold! no inbetween!!! so ill say ya valve is ok!
