easiest one to go for is fitting the FRST lump and management into an XR2. The RST EFi stuff is a bit hard to squeeze in the engine bay.
You will need the loom from a frst including ecu (might also be an idea to transplant the dash from the frst into the xr2, saves faffing about re-wiring the clocks to fit the original xr2 ones, plust the xr2 dash looks better ) engine and ancilleries of course and the frst fuel tank.

m8 done this to his xr2 engine straight in in half a day only trouble is the exhaust have to modyfy and depends what you want but then there is btakes suspension etc butr if you got balls leave it all standard m8 did this in his first one proper funny raced loads of stuff down front upset a ferw too
