this will be for AP 6 pots
now its NOT a track car, just fast road so what do I go for? SRF??? or boggo 5.1?
Im assuming SRF isnt really worth it for a non track day car
lastly, is all 5.1 pretty much the same?
cheers

And I though SRF doesn't mix with any other brake fluid.
Would that mean a total flush of your current system to ensure no old fluid left.
5.1 is perfectly fine in my opinion.

Have srf in mine and it is
Dave i have some srf here if you want some.Pm me.And as far as i know it wont mix with normal fluid as srf is synthetic and normal is mineral. So it would be a complete change.2 litres is required and you will have some left over for top up's.

srf will mix yes _BUT why bother u might as well just put normal stuff in unless you are not goingto bother draining it all out, as the weakest link in tthe system will still be the old fluid which may alreasy be saturated with moisture.
the SRF is far far superior to any other brake fluid, contraty to popular belief, it doesnt need changing every 6 months or so, and will outlast any other brake fluid. when i was doing my homework on it, it exceeds dot 4 and even 5 by about 4 or 5 times on the wet boiling point.
it is dear though, to completely drain, refil and bleed a cossie you need just over 2 litres, once everything has bennded in , give it another bleed and you will need another new bottle of srf to top up. so you are lookin at 120 quid for brake fluid, combine that with some braided brake lines, some decent pads and disks (not boy racer type ones - proper grp N stuff) you should not cook your brakes.

Demon thieves sell it at Ł45.04 per litre
I can sell it (As it is you
) For Ł20 per litre +p+p.How soon you want it.
Change that to Ł30 per litre as his price above is better.

Would get some Motul RBF600 a lot cheaper than SRF, not as good though but probably second best. (although SRF is by far the best but i guess the only way you will notice its SRF in a road car is by looking at your empty wallet)
