just above the number plate there are two holes on the underside of the grill aperture. There are two torx headed screws which adjust the height of the bumper!! Be warned though they are usually seized!!
Also on each end are a plastic 1/4 turn fastener - just in front of the arch. You can try undoing it then position the bumper and do it up again. Hope that helps!!

Hi Kev...
If the torx adjust the height what actually stops it moving backwards and forwards.
I can move the passenger side back and forwards about 5mm...height is perfect though.
Thks for your help...Malc

all that holds the bumper other than the 2 torx bolts, are the 2 plastic fastners one on each side of the bumper, from the inside
the sides of the bumper have protusions that also SLOT in to a plastic pocket on the wings. these usually fall out so make sure you have them
make sure the torx bolts are TIGHT then go from there

there are also four mounting bolts that go through the square tube which the torx screw go into. the bolts are in elongated holes, so maybe they have come loose!! Looking from underneath, the bolts nearest the engine have to come out if you are taking the bumper off, the front ones just have to be loosened.
