standard headlights + forge intercooler?
ive got a forge intercooler and i cant get my standard headlights back in, i need to repair my morettes, any ideas why they wont fit back in???

just finding my feet
on a cossie there should be not affectat all as the cooler aint that big 
your prob just fitting it wrong ( dont take offence as i know what this place is like at times,,,,,,,
)
try to take the plastic bead out below the lights to dummy fit and go from there i supose
