how much would a pair of the above cost new ones?

obviously these have to be made from blanks....200 each plus vat is the common figure for the 4x4 ones.

group A head upgrade, engine's having a full freshen up rebuild(400bhp now),undecided which turbo @ the minute!

Going 14 on inlet and stanard exhaust, ported head and a T38 when i do mine

how much is T38 turbo?

Phil, yes want one for each of my cars NOT sure on exhaust yet either standard or as you say may use a 14!

About £1110 from Woodford, but i got mine brand new second hand

t38 turbo £1000 bd16 in and ex are going to be £450 + isky valve springs and lifter would be good to

You dont have to run iskys..i run the piper double valve springs which require NO head work
