I'd suggest you phone Pumabuild on saturday as they almost certainly have discs and pads.

They can reface your discs if they are scored or have a lip and not worn to minimum. There are several different compound of pad available IIRC.

Unlikely. You'd realistically need to go to them.

Are you using the uprated brembo discs then??? as you said 310mm!

The discs would have to go in the post special delivery 9am on sat am to ensure they got there. That all depends on what the Post office have decided for delivery deadlines over the easter weekend.

You could always get them delivered to brands if your really desperate and fit them on the day then just use your first session driving easy to bed them in.

How long have you had them??

Ideally you should take the pads out every month or so and clean all the muck off the pistons.

The damage occurs if you don't remove the muck then push pistons in when putting in new pads for example.

went out on rd test prob still there

Just shakes badly when braking above 15- 20 mph

A Diesel Ford Focus C Max has 300mm discs as standard I think, have you considered something like that, or are yours the disc and bell set-up ?

Oh and ignore the above - just realised you'd be on 4 stud pattern too

Be pointless spending lots of cash on it until you have found out why they are warping the discs, it will only do the same to the new ones...
