Default need manifold/ turbo gasket now? fixed now and pic added

i need a gasket that goes between the turbo and exhaust manifold , t25 type i think ( my turbo is a GT25 )
need desperately
the culprit

You can get a sheet of that steel gasket stuff from cometic and cut it to size maybe

Lee if there any nissan dealers round your way it may be worth poping in on the off chance they have one in stock,gtir's,200sx all use t25 flage iirc.

if your surfaces are both completely flat, then you dont need one, ive tried gaskets , but to be honoust it just eats them, from the factory the cosworths dont run a gasket, as for the nissan dealers stocking them, yes they do, but they also go through them like fook !

I don't run a gasket on mine. I had the mating surface on the manifold machined flat and the turbo was ok to start with.

didn't know can be done like that but yeah it makes sense, i just fitted them as they came with the turbo when i bought it !

the antilag kills them in seconds pal, just normal full tilt running , they will last approx 10 mins , and im talking the pressed steel items

that tyoe you have a pic of up top, is prob the worst type for heat , they just melt, the pressed steal are better , but they too just melt

I got issued with a pressed steel one when I bought my turbo too. It's on a landfill site in either Ulnes Walton or near Abbey Village if you fancy hunting it down!!
