how do you sort the revs on an RS Turbo?

Default how do you sort the revs on an RS Turbo?

Just started the RS for the first time in 6 months or more (more i think)
however it sits at 2k revs how do you set it so it sits at under 1k?

my turbo sits at just under 2k until its warm then it sits at just under 1k.

wait till its warm and the chokes off mate then if u look at the bottom of the throttle body above the in let manifold there'll be a large screw/bolt screwing into the throtle body , im pretty sure u screw it in to drop the revs and out to put them up. But motor must be warm

Dont do it on the throttle cable
