Sorry M8 thats not the type of work we do, we are in whats called "Well Interventions & Completions". Your best bet is to get your CV into the likes of Amec as they have been awarded hook up of the platform above so will be looking for plenty of fitters, scaffs and sparks

Good luck with the Survival M8 (you will pass unless you refuse to do a task)

I always prsumed they were assembled out there, dunno why i assumed that, just cos thye look like a building site i guess.. lol

They are manufactured on dry land and then floated out in bits. They then sink the legs and lift the modules on with a fairly big crane
