cooking advice pls???
rite ive got a george forman is it ok to cook birds eye chicken chargrills on this if i de frost it first? or should i just cook em in the oven dont wanna posin myself

I have recently aquired a George Foreman cooking device. My question is, how do i cook these succulent Chargrills which i purchased at the local Asda for a bargain Ł1.99 (A saving of Ł1!). I do not wish to be shitting myself through the night so proper cooking advice required.
