What are considered must do's or no brainers to do straight off when starting to modify a cossie? are there a few main/common mods that will benefit all stages of tune? a list of things to check or to put on my to do list for when I get it would be handy

Before any chipping, big ass turbos or anything else that is gonna propel the car at nuff mile an hour upgrade the brakes! its normally one of the last mods that people do, myself included but really it should be done first, take it from me its worth doing,
