Guys,

Got caught doing 50 in a 40, got the NIP through the post on Friday, what's the best way to get off ? this would take me to 9 points (all for less than 10mph over the limit)

Not going to fill it in and send back until I get some alternatives

make sure there insured for you vehicle if you do, im sure they wouldn't like to be prosecuted for no insurance aswell.

 

It was an almost empty dual carriageway so I don't think 50 in a 40 is taking the piss to much to be honest................ seeing as speeding cops doing 160 get away with it

Did the NIP come within 14 days of the offence?..if it did then just own up to it... unless of course there's someone insured on your car who likes to collect points and might like 3 to add to their collection?
