Can i have a rough idea on summit please

Turning one bedroom in to 2 rooms, (making a small hallway (1 of the rooms to be a bathroom)
Moving bathroom from Downstairs to upstairs (pretty much same area,)
Completly replacing upstairs ceilings, (3 bed semi), 3 normal sized bedrooms,1 hallway) plus replacing ceiling in front room
Plaster 5 rooms
knockdown wall (non loadbearing)


i know any quote is gonna be mega vague, but if someone could give me a rough ballpark figure it would be very apprieciated

Its just a project i am thinking about that may be avialable to me before it even goes on the market, but i really am not sure

does the bath rm need to be fitted and piped
what are the wall like has the plaster blown and sound hollow

The walls should just need a skim, but the bathroom would need fitting and piped yep
