Default Best Cone/Foam Filter capable of flowing 450bhp Cossie ????

Need some suggestions for a quality BIG cone/foam filter capable of flowing big air for my cossie....??? Suggestions/Part Numbers/Pics Please guys.

I think you should stick with what your tuner recommends, which is as I believe a Piper-X or Ramair item?

Find out which it is and I'm sure I can do you a good deal .

what ever you do make sure you get it boxed off....

a friend ran his car at AVA yesterday and they managed to get another 15 horsepower just by seperating the filter from the rest of the engine bay

Yep, saw the boxes on most of the RS500 Touring Cars last national day.......Anybody fabricating them ????????

agreed that the air flow rate would be higher but AVA is about as close as you can get to road condtions on a normal type RR set up.

AVA uses two of these fans and about ten other smaller fans.





makes you wonder if all the tiny small fans you see at some well known RR are up to the job
