to be fair it would be around the 550 mark but my sales guy has bigged it up a bit but. on race fuel and 2.2 bar it would be very close.will find out soon as going on paul hills dyno once i get a chance to do some miles on it .then il be putting my proper engine in then well see some big power.will post al details soon

In my opinion these cars would nevr have had anything like this kind of power in the cars... I just don't think the Turbos or just as importantly the intercoolers are upto it!!!!
and yes I know Rod runs a 500 cooler... but NOS has a huge cooling affect!

weve seen 573 bhp on 8 greens 500 plenum 72mm throttle body t4 with f1 shaft and comp wheel on same spec engine as advertised al bench dynoed by tommy feild and thats corrected data anyone is welcome to ask tommy this as he is not a bullshiter.back in 96 we had 539 bhp and 487lb ft out of same spec engine just 8 greys instead of greens that was on a guy called dave hills bench dyno.that was laggy to fuck but felt like being hit up the arse by a steam train when boost came on.that 500 driven by vinny pearson took al the honors back then 0-100 in 8.8 qtr in 11.54 beat bbrs own car on fast car shoot and won the qtr shoot performance ford.luckily mapping has come on a long way since so not as much lag.the blues on row 1 are because its being run in if i ever get a chance to drive it then its going to paul hills r/r.will post power figs when done.

Gareth's car only did 1 Top speed Run at TOTB 1 which was a sighting Run and not flat out.
He wanted to concentrate on the Handling and 500 metre runs instead.
Which he finished 1st and 2nd in respectivly !
