Default easy to use sig programs, please help

someone out there must know an easy to use/beginer type program to make sigs, was told to get photoshop which i did but its a bit to advanced, need something a bit more simple to use first just to get basics

It goes ok, took Ray and his moustache out for a blast, back end stepped out a foot or two, bit of the old "charlie big potatoes", not bad on juice either, I'll show you it soon, should also be getting a quad as well, I could be Toad!!

Just Paintshop and software what came with the printer (HP software).
