Just wondering if anyone knows a STEPHEN CHECKLIN from Coventry area ?

I bought a 4 Spoke RS Steering Wheel from him on ebay about a month ago, and have been messed around by him ever since, he cashed my cheque which i made out to an ARTHUR CHECKLIN (i assume his dad) three weeks ago it cleared.

I didnt receive the item, and he emailed after i sent HEAPS of emails, saying that he had been "working in France" and would send it that day (two weeks ago)

Since then, nothing, i have managed to get hold of the phone number for him, and when i call it, and ask for Stephen Checklin, a young female always just hangs up on me. Then picks up 5-10 secs later to see if i am still on the line and doesnt say anything until i hang up.

Try phoning back and the same happens, as soon as i speak they hang up on me.

As you can imagine i am WELL FU*KED OFF, and have reported it to Ebay who have failed to even get back to me as usual. I paid a good amount of money for this wheel, plus postage, and now the seller is ignoring my emails, and hanging up on me when i call.

If anyone knows him, please get in touch, as i want to know what the deal is, and also why hes fu*king me about.

I can easily post up his ebay USED ID, and home address and phone number if the situation worsens and the phone keeps getting hung up on me. Cos am i fu*k being ripped off !!!

If your reading this Steve i suggest you get in touch before i contact the Police and your bank where the cheque was cashed.

Sellers like this are what make folk untrusting of ebay. And i WILL get an outcome from this believe me mate.

hello mate, i hope its not the same c*nt that we bought a RS 1600i steering wheel off, its been a while and still not recived anything.

dunno who the seller was tho as i wasnt bidding on it

 

I got an email tonight saying "sorry, its been posted today etc etc"

So i will wait til midweek and keep you lot posted......

Well surprise, nothing turned up, so i carried on with the Ebay claims procedure which then asks him to explain himself / the situation.....

Two days later it turned up !
