got the cossie the stage 3 treatment today and it turns out my ECU
is fubared, so cant drive car

so, if any one knows of a spare P8 ECU could they please get in touch

P8's are bloody unreliable, 9 out of 10 ecu's we get that are dead or faulty are P8's.

The place we use are both unable to test them. We test via substitution, we have a known good unit, and no, its NEVER for sale. lol

it was driving before though Andy.

is it when you chip it you find out a bit of it is fooked.

the iscv had been iffy for a week before chipped and i just thought id had got damp,

so cleaned out and it went away for 2 minutes then started again, it had been left to dry so should be fine

todayi put my mates P8 ecu in with my chip and everything fine,

dont think that kenny has done anything to it at all really dave,

luckily i have got a new one on its way and going to get the old one repaired to keep as a spare

not saying msd have fooked it ,just curious as to how to find out how to know if i have a fooked one.

when put on the c02 tester the readings where throught te roof but fnie with a different p8
