Beds RSOC Regioanl day at Bedford Autodrome
Well myself and Clare have visited Bedford Autodrome and it looks very very promising......
Just need to speak to RSOC central and hopefully all systems will be go
Looking like at the moment that it will be £80 per car and passenger, with use of the pit garages to be sorted out at al later date (22 pit garages).

Won't have full details for a couple of weeks but penciled in for 19th Feb 2005.....
100 Track places available
Indoor traders
Indoor concourse
Doughnut/general fucking about area
Short rally stage on tarmac (lots of mud/water etc)
Hard standing for local grp stands
Probably looking at £5 per car entrance and £80 per car track action.
The 22 pit garages are available but we are unsure what to do at the moment about these.... 1 suggestion is to have all 22 available at NO extra cost and anyone who has paid for track use can use a pit garage for working on their car (not just parking in)
I know the details are sketchy at mo but as soon as myself and Clare know the full details you will be the 1st to know more.
People please remember this will be our 1st show and with less than 7 months to sort everything this time round we know we won't please everyone

This is looking like a good day already.
Steve - What I would say about the pit garages is that you should allocate them fairly, be it by paying extra or by your decision, but be prepared to have someone there to enforce it.
Also allow parking for any trailers etc etc

top idea,i will go.just a thought, how about offering passenger rides, say 5.00 a go.pool the money and share it with the people that have given passenger rides. it would help with costs of tyres brakes ect.or give it to charity

Nice one Steve, looking forward to it all ready
When us at the Central group planned our first ever show at Santa Pod, we thought it was a VERY big gamble and even sunk some of our own money into it..............The outcome was that many people said it was one of the best shows of the year,if not the best
All the work will be worth it mate
PS-From the idea to the show our first time was 4 months..............it gets hectic aswell
