If I bought some thing which arrived broken and paypal wont let you do this under their complaints policy can you then go to your credit card company.
I bought a quad on palet bought as brand new which it was. BUT the seat is broken which makes it Dangerous to use. Seller wont reply to my emails and not sure what reply he has given to paypal resolutions but I reckon they are not going to see this is my favour?
As payed for on my credit card are they able to help.

How big is the seller? I am a power seller on ebay and get tons of e-mails so reading them all get take a while. But it depends how long you have gave him as if you did a paypal complaint then he must know about it. Like I said you can get his contact details from ebay so it may be worth giving him a ring and see what he can do about it

Problem probably being the fact of when you signed for it you probably signed to say it was in good condition, so in the eyes of the seller and Paypal, it has been damaged by you
NOT saying it has/was BUT that what most of the delivery companys make you sign for, you can put comments on the delivery notice to that effect which would make it easier, but the thing is who does bother checking everything mint while the driver waiting to rush off next to his next job
, half the time would take twenty mins to get everything out the packaging, but unfortunately that what we should be doing, so basically as said if no one willing to help you out then as said just buying a replacement probably gonna be easier
Sorry to say

A few different things mate. Jewellery, watches, etc. Even sold quads bike (small 50cc ones) a few years ago before everyone on ebay started doing the same

Definately go through your credit card company. Just tell them the item is not as described, ie delivered damaged, and seller will not respond. They can just simply recharge Paypal and credit you. That is the beauty of using a credit card to pay through Paypal, you can always get your money back regardless of what Paypal think and say. Why do you think Paypal always try to make you use a bank account by default rather than a credit card.
