Default Wideband AFR Meter - Techedge

I have been offered one of these units for a very good price from a mate at work who had it fitted to his EVO. Its the version 1.5
(sold his car so its a genuine reason)
Would be fitting it to my 4x4 Saphire.

http://techedge.com.au/vehicle/wbo2/default.htm

Anybody got any experience of these?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Leigh

Cheers Chip,
mate wants Ł100 for it, and that includes the Bosch lambda sensor.
just wanted to know if they were any good.
Mate said it had a datalogger as well.

Possibly a stupid question but......I have got a facelift saphire, so I am correct in saying that I have a lambda sensor fitted already? Do i just tap the afr meter off this one or fit a newer one?

Cheers

You need a second sensor boss welding in mate, it wont work off your sensor.

BUT if you want you can fit just the new sensor and use a simulated narrow band output from the techedge to run the cars ECU off of.

If you decide you dont want it for any reason, please give me his details and i will give you a 20 quid drink for your time if he sells me it for that money as im looking for a spare one myself!
