specialised insurance companies.
i want to insure my 2ltr nova.
im 20 and have 3 years ncb. but that is actually being used on my other car.
adrian flux want £750 but i have to take the ncb form my other car and put it on the nova.
a lot of places wont touch me till im 21.
any sugestions?
