And he would be the first to complain that police pick on young drivers in modified cars. Totaly irresponsible on public roads.

Fair play the guy can drive (although how his back brakes didn't set on fire I don't know ) but maybe he should keep it to the drift competitions?
Although saying, that 4 years ago I would have loved to be there watching it

I swear people dont know how to donut anymore or something.
They piece of piss to spin on the spot (well, with the bonnet section of the car not moving apart from in a circle), same as pretty much any half powerful RWD car.
Went to a croooz about 6months back and about 20 different types of cars tried to donut (inc a saff), and all just drove round doing smokey skiddy circles as they had no idea how to do it.
It was obvious it wasnt gonna work soon as they went into their attempts.
In the old days im sure everyone could as everything was RWD, but these days people have grown up with FWD and cant seem to do shit.
Fuck, i can get J-Tuners 'rolla spinning on its axis, and that things engine is all over the shop, under 100bhp, and on 195 wide tyres.

I was stood next to the police car watching the hole lot, he just had a grin on his face. Police wont and dont do nothing. If it was an elegal cruise then that would be a different story.

pmsl @ "jealous" 4x4 - big misunderstanding
i think people can see what will happen if all of a sudden the tyres grip and spectators and cars end up getting the brunt of this kind of chav appealing action.
once again tho ... not shocked that a car with that plastered up the side is acting like it!!

regardless of how lame it is, or isnt.
why would the tyres suddenly grip? this guy clearly knows how to drive, hes not your usual cossie driving spaccer who does some piss poor donuts and some dodgy tank slapping power oversteer, he is actually in control.
suddenly gripping wont happen, plenty other things could, mind

I dont know why they suddenly grip, but you hear it all the time by people who crash "oh they suddenly gripped the road and I went into him/her/that whatever"
the guys that enter drifting competitions have far more skill than anyone at ace cafe but they still make mistakes and end up in walls etc and that is exactly what people think about. NO ONE is perfect and accidents do and always will happen, whether people have faith in yoru driving or not
Thats exactly why we parked well away from the roundabout. but you still get the odd one or 2 impatient drivers who cant wait "their turn" on the roundabout and decide to do it on the road (ie, the 3dr when a fiesta had to reverse to get out of his way - i can imagine the other driver didnt find that amusing)

Agree with the above - Ace Cafe now is just a buch of chavstons all showing off to even younger chavstons, being cheered on by a bunch of little moped riding losers.
Nothing a good cluster bomb wouldn't solve IMO

But anyhow, they DO crash, but not doing 5mph drifting on a mini roundabout
Entering the first corner at 120mph and not dropping below 60-80mph for the whole course is more than a little different.
But yes, its NOT safe, but at same time, not as wildly unsafe (as this guy is actually capable of doing what hes doing) as some are making out.
