The output on that tank, at a guess, is around 25mm.

Sorry but I cant see that

Mine breathes bothe sides of the block into top of breatherpot, then from the top of the pot vents to atmospehere

at the bottom of the breather pot I have a return to sump (bottom of the sump below oil level)

If you are returning to sump via breather hole this isnt ideal IMO

Mine also vents to atmo via the mirror tank, and returns to sump below oil level from the breather pot same as yours

Top and bottom is i am very very happy with how mine works as i have never had a oil surge problem even under harsh driving and i have never sufferd from oil leeks etc

Paul is your breather not the Spec-R one? I have one of these and the lower outlet on the breather tank returns to the left side of the block (where you remove the blanking screw) and not below the oil level.. Of course you could have modded it

Thats actually a good mod IMO, it has an oil seperator from the start, so can help with oil overload on teh inlet side.

Rite following these post now what are u meant to do with the L bend that fits into kidney box and the small red filter when u fit these oil breather kit?

Also from the red filter u have a pipe that feeds into the inlet and then a T to a valve of some sort? (that ticks away when u turn ignition on)

When u fit lets say a Bailey kit is says take the pipe straight from top of Kidney box(ditching the red filter and pipe work) and gives u a blank for the Inlet manifold what are u meant to do with the the small pipe that feeds into the Valve (that ticks when u turn ignition on)

Can u just let this vent to Atmosphere or do u pipe it into the vacuum nipples on the inlet manifold

have added inmore detail your car might not have had these parts on if u already had oil breather kit fitted
The little valve thing sits on passenger side chassis leg in engine bay under the ABS unit

If i remember rite this valve has something to do with the fuel vent pipe i think?

Bin the filter and ideally the one way valve too.
Be aware that the idle speed will need adjustment if you do this.
