Default Got a T4 on an Escort Cosworth? Now includes prices.

I have, and one of my difficulties was fitting a recirculating dump valve, as the RS500 hose has the take-off right where the slam panel is:

This makes it very difficult to fit a re-circulating dump-valve, especially if you run a turbo pre-rad of some description.

However, in conjunction with Roose Motorsport, we can now off a cure .

Please ignore the copper tube, it has yet to be anodised black .

Price will be £54.05 + delivery, or it can be done in the exact colour and finish of the OE RS500 hose (see below for finish and colour) for £75.20 + delivery .

Thanks go out to Paul for being willing to do this for me .

Kind of, but it lines up with the exit from the drivers side of the standard IC.

Sooo, if you have moved the DV on to the cold side, you'll need a hose (and a piece of copper tube ) like above.

so why have the bother of a recirculating dump valve then.

why not have a dump valve which does not recirculate.

Because some of us are not 17 .

Atmospheric dump valves also sound like: "look at me, I'm a boy-racer" and that's just plain (especially for someone of my advanced years ).

Why is that then Dave......all you hear is induction and wastegate they are much louder than the dump valve....plus the noise of the box at high rpm

mike, i've just taken my dump valve off my escos t25 so i can use the original.
when i took the standard one apart, there are 3 pieces inside but no spring!
do you know if you can get a repair kit from anywhere for it? or just the spring would do!
cheeRS.
