Do the standard CVH RST rod bolts stretch?

Default Do the standard CVH RST rod bolts stretch?
Taking apart another bottom end tomorrow to swap over the pistons, i will probably buy new rod bolts anyway but out interest do i need to? E.g. Do they stretch?
