Default who supplys a 4 tooth tdc pick up pully for cvh?

need the pully and sensor mount for the cossie conversion as i have made one it works but its not the most steady bracket and i dont trust it.
would be a help to if i could get hold of the phase sensor brackets for the cam pully type so i dont have to mod the dizzy

A cut and shut dizzy, or molested one as above is not the best way to trigger your ŁŁŁ engine..

How much is a cut and shut dizzy gonna cost?? How well will it work. How long to get one made. will it work?>????

A cam sensor trigger system only costs Ł70 depending on what engine its for i.e 8v or 16v

If you have to use a dizzy for value for money as you cant afford the coil pack conversion. The dizzy should look like this and have NO CONTROL over the management system

If you want to use the best setup available it would be the same as the WRC engines with a Cam sensor

This system has no moving parts to wear or fail..

Over X amount of time the sensor will need to be changed. But i know of cossies with the same CPS it came out the factory with over 15 years ago still running without any issues.

If you want to do it properly then fit a coil pack. But without a cam sensor you will struggle to make a coilpack work 100%

If you have any questions please ask.

Regards
Jano

Gadget his talking about the phase sensor.

He wants a bracket that will not vibrate or cause any type of problems once fitted

The same as what is supplied to many tuners in the UK from us

The dizzy above is not a cut and shut, and they work fine, using standard cossie phase sensor, rotor arm, and dizzy cap.

Doesn't a standard dizzy with a phase sensor, rotor arm, and cap work OK for most cossies ?
