With regards to the tommi mak..
They do hold their money but my money would go on a 'normal' evo 6.
As far as the tommi mak turbo goes it's actually a titanium shafted turbo for quicker spool but the compressor is smaller and does run out of puff sooner.
The differnce isn't enough to justify the price IMO.. you get enkei wheels, titanium turbo, different bumper, red on the dials, tuned suspension(aparantly) and obviously the decals etc
I've heard some people say when you're tuning them the mak turbo is not the choice to have, a good compromise (which I had on my old evo) is the evo 6 rs turbo which has the titanium shaft and the larger compressor of the normal evo 6, so you get quicker spool (like the mak) and better top end turbo performance (like the normal evo)
I think the Evo will be a classic.
Maybe there should be a poll of all the people that have owned a cossie and an evo? I have and I know which is the better car.

I never once made any reference to either car being better. I was just defending cossies from that moron's unfounded attack on cossies. It's impossible to get through to pricks that have so much hatred for a Ford.
