no,he knows who he is,mite have to go for a little drive down the road on friday nite if he doesnt do as instructed this week,must admit i would rather he let me do that, but doubt that will happen.

i know what its like to buy an ecu off ebay and then fit it and it doesn't work luckily didn't cost to much to get fixed no thanks to the seller

There are some right spanners on Ebay.
One of my mates is selling a Freelander with a broken timing belt on there - a buyer asked him if it would be OK for him to fly up with his tools, remove the head and fit new valves/timing belt outside his house so he could then drive it back home down south
Would be worth accepting his bid just to see him repairing it outside my mates house in the street
