Tracker devices
Looking to have one fitted shorty, heard alot of bad things about the original tracker units but what are ppls opinions on the RAC Trackstar or other alternatives?
Mines a knightmare. Has GPS and GPRS. Even if power is disconnected it dumps its exact location via backup battery. Only thing is I have to pay for tracker subscription and mobile phone sim subscription for GPRS transmission. Plus the bloody thing interfears with my radio and alarm when hunting for signal.
I have a Trakbak 3 made by Seimens,
not the cheapest but does work because some morning i for get to disarm it and i get a phonecall asking for pin numbers to stop them carrying out further action
