Default Sending Items To Europe

I've sold a inlet manifold that weighs about 5kg on ebay to a guy in Holland. The post office want £30.30 to send it, thats a bit steep.

Am I likely to get a better price with a courier, how much should I expect to pay?

What courier should I use?
