Default Central Locking help needed please??

Hello People...

I am fitting Central Locking to my MK3 Fiesta.....Only problem is....where shall I steal power from?

Baring in mind i also need a fuse somewhere somehow.

Advice would be much appreciated

perm live under the dash or direct to battery

Where would i put the fuse? in-line?

yeah within 6 inches or so of the soldered conection, be it at the battery or the splice under dash
