i've now sent 2 e mails over the last week or so and i still haven't had a reply!!
anyone else ever experienced this?
gonna take my business elsewhere if this is how potential customers are treated!

 

The best thing to do is phone mark, i think he is wayyyyyyy too busy to answer emails.

 

ive mailed Mark before and had replies no problem.

 

Give Cardy a ring, he's a very decent chap.

He doesnt access the internet much as the hamster running his machine is normally fucked after his Maudes done some online shopping

Without being funny, most tuning companies aren't run like your local supermarket and therefore don't have call centres to answer phone calls and e-mails within a few seconds. These people are actually working all day long and will get around to answering e-mails when the work load is a little less.

From what i have heard MAD are very very good and are worth waiting for,and the fact they are obviously busy is testament to this.

Just be patient

 

Mark is useless, do NOT deal with him under any circumstances, he is a very poor mapper and not helpful at all.

And honestly im not just saying that cause i want him to map my engine at some point and im trying to keep the que short


Seriously though, give him a ring if its urgent

I havent seen this email but I get sooooooo many shit emails each day telling me I need a bigger dick that unless it has a correct heading I delet it as 99.999999% of the time its spam,
