Without being funny, most tuning companies aren't run like your local supermarket and therefore don't have call centres to answer phone calls and e-mails within a few seconds. These people are actually working all day long and will get around to answering e-mails when the work load is a little less.
From what i have heard MAD are very very good and are worth waiting for,and the fact they are obviously busy is testament to this.
Just be patient
