my girlfriend was at a house just yards away from the crash,basically what she was telling me is that 2 cars were driving fast together down the road past that goes past tesco and the lad was pulling out in his rover at the junction out ov his street and i think the car what hit him in the drivers side was a vectra and from what i can gather is the driver ran off but got caught by a group ov lads and got a right damn beating from these lads, i went past about 15 mins after it happened but it was cornered off both ways,i think he died instantly he was only about 20 years old and his passenger is critically ill.

I know it had a bad write up in one of the local papers in the summer, a photographer took a photo of the car park and put it on the front page and described how bad we all were at driving.
