I personally dont think arnie was on gear in his early years. Maybe later on when he got to the states, but he had 20 inch arms before then. if you do fuck all but eat (the right stuff) sleep and train for 5 years solid your gona get huge with or without gear

I thought Arnie's heart problems were hereditary - wasn't one of his kids born with a hole in their heart?

Arnies arms got up to 22" and he competed around 230-240lbs, most bodybuilders his height these days are 280!!
